About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at The Vine Partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing customer relationships within the telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage and grow customer relationships within the telecommunications sector.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive sales and manage end-to-end global integrated telecommunication services and solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee global connectivity services, ICT, cloud, IoT, video conferencing, unified communications, content, and security services.
- Business Planning: Manage project business opportunities, sales targets, and project cash flow.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience as an Account Manager in the telecommunications sector.
- Expertise: Proven expertise in global connectivity services, ICT, and related fields.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Kenya/African Telecom Market and existing customer resources.
- Skills: Strong skills in customer relationship management, market development, and teamwork.
