Job OverviewThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist, providing exceptional support to our clients.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Additionally, you can enjoy a range of benefits, including:
- A generous annual leave package of 25 days plus public holidays
- 16 hours of "Flex Time Off" to use whenever and however you choose
- Tuition Reimbursement Schemes for further professional development
- The flexibility to work from anywhere in the world for two weeks each year
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a deep understanding of our Occupier product suite
- Thoroughly testing client issues to recreate and assist in determining root cause
- Using our support tool, tracking and resolving client issues in a timely manner following appropriate Support procedures
- Actively monitoring issues to ensure they are resolved within clients' Service Level Agreements
- Attending client status meetings to review open issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in researching and resolving client issues (two years+)
- Software testing and troubleshooting experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
