We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Western Cape.
About the Role:- As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
During a Typical Day, You Will
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels.
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed.
- A minimum of 6 months of work experience in a similar role.
- B1+ level of English in both written and verbal communications.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it effectively to customers.
- Proficient in using computer systems and managing multiple screens.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
