Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Western Cape.

About the Role:
  • As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

During a Typical Day, You Will

  • Analyze and resolve customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels.
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of work experience in a similar role.
  • B1+ level of English in both written and verbal communications.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it effectively to customers.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and managing multiple screens.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
