Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Bridge Personnel cc. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, creating proposals and presentations, assisting with management reports, scheduling meetings, managing the filing system, overseeing staff, and ordering stationery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Create high-quality proposals and presentations that meet the company's standards.
  • Assist senior management with preparing and reviewing management reports.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for senior management and staff members.
  • Manage the filing system and ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Oversee and support staff members as needed.
  • Order stationery and supplies as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
