**Responsibilities**:
**What are we looking for ?**
**Banking**
- Completeness and accuracy required for posting of receipts.
- Support and execute banking activities through a variety of administrative and customer tasks.\Maintain bank referencing guide for manual postings.
- Bank liaison for open unresolved items in order to close out.
**Credit Applications and Customer requests**
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders where required.
- CGIC portal and administrative tasks.
**Block / Unblock**
- Initiate only once approval received.
**Claims**
- Obtain claim copies.
- Initiate on respective platforms.
- Process credits based on approval received.
**COSO**
- Monthly self-testing
- Quarterly testing
- Validation of documents and adherence to requirements
**Master Data**
- Customer classification
- Payment Terms
- Financial details (Vat number, Registration number etc)
- Maintenance of credit limits
- Master Data administrative tasks
Qualifications:
