**Minimum Requirements**
Grade 12
Intermediate knowledge of any Warehouse Management System
Intermediate Office suite Excel, Word, Outlook
**Job Related Requirements**
- Relevant experience in all job-related requirements listed below:
- 2 - 3 years on any WMS
- Ability to work extended hours/Shifts
- Ability to work after hours
- Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
- Fluent in English
- Strong administrative skills
- Planning and organizing ability
- Punctuality and time management skills are essential
- Attention to detail
**Added Advantages for this role**
- Client interaction / communication - Previous Warehouse administration duties - Previous automotive experience would be advantageous - Good understanding / knowledge of systems
**Main purpose of the role**
Providing administrative & clerical services in order to ensure effective & efficient administrative operations.
Support the operational team with WMS transactions.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Compiling daily, weekly & monthly reports
- Achieve all KPI’s
- Capture & compile all KPI’s & reporting accuracy of data captured
- Ensure transfer & adjustments are done timeously & accurately
- Investigate and resolve RFC anomalies
- Setup of and manage check sheets and check execution
- Demonstrate awareness of all housekeeping standards & expectations
- Attend identified meetings
