Executive Coordinator for Directors Support

Our company, Tower Group, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Coordinator to provide administrative support to our directors.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role and will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative assistance, including minute taking, travel bookings, credit card reconciliations, event organisation, and meeting hosting.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organisational skills. They will also be required to manage queries, save costs without compromising on employee safety, book training accommodation and events, and assist with event coordination.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Executive Coordinator will also be expected to update supplier BBBEE certificates, maintain databases, complete vendor applications, obtain submission documentation, and handle office supplies.

The position requires English/Afrikaans language proficiency, with bilingualism being an added advantage. The candidate should also have their own transport, as occasional collection and delivery of tenders may be required.

We are looking for a professional who can plan and adapt to changing circumstances, while maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced construction environment.

A competitive salary of R250,000 - R300,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience.
