Job Purpose:

To coordinate the debts of existing creditors and decide whether to allow credit & debtors – ultimately managing all money borrowed or owed to business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upon onboarding of credit customers, responsible for market visits and assess customer's credit worthiness based on documents and financial statements.
  • Process orders and approve credit on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and track account receivables on a daily basis.
  • Check the credit facility for all customers, then check for TL, available limit, payment history etc. for any approvals.
  • Hold customer meetings for risk analysis and approval, coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Reconcile customer accounts.
  • Sending quarterly balance confirmation reports to customers.
  • Sending overdue reports to the sales team on a weekly basis.
  • Verify payments made by customers and balance payment yet to be received by checking the bank statement.
  • Maintain all necessary documentation of credit customers.

Requirements:

  • Qualification - Any degree.
  • Experience - 4 to 10 years in credit.
  • Driving License - Mandatory.
  • Transportation - Should have own vehicle.
