About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Expansion to join our team at Profession Hub. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and innovative individual to drive business growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of identifying new revenue streams and expanding business opportunities.

  • This role focuses on developing and executing business growth strategies, fostering relationships with members and stakeholders, and seeking new funding sources.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business growth strategies and revenue targets.
  • Engaging with members and stakeholders to enhance the company's value proposition.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and innovation possibilities.
  • Seeking project funding, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving business expansion.
  • Leading contract negotiations and managing vendor relationships.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure strategy alignment and execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A NQF Level 7 (3-year degree) in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Economics, or Finance.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the credit and risk industry.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of R600,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience.
