Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at HR Genie. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and visits
- Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions
- Ensure accurate documentation and pricing to meet client expectations
- Monitor client credit limits and debtors to prevent overspending
- Work closely with the team leader to process orders efficiently and communicate issues to clients
- Assist in creating reports for suppliers and providing market feedback
- Help identify opportunities for increasing sales revenue and brand development
- Manage shipping and payment terms to ensure mutual benefits
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proven experience in key account management or similar role
- Strong understanding of company products, services, and industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
