Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Prostaff Holdings. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in sales management, with a focus on speciality masterbatch, polymer additives, and engineering plastic raw materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all sales and operations of the business, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Strategically manage and oversee sales and operations budgets and targets, implementing improvements to business processes.
  • Manage and oversee all budgeting and costs, ensuring alignment with budget targets.
  • Drive operational efficiency across sales and operations teams, resulting in improved performance.
  • Implement and manage optimum manufacturing processes, sales, and commercial structures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Integrate with other functional areas within the business to drive optimal performance in the engineering plastics, masterbatch, and PVC markets.
  • Execute sales, manufacturing operations, and business objectives and strategies, driving market share growth.
  • Oversee new market requirements and business opportunities, identifying potential revenue streams.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with customers, distributors, and suppliers, aligning with company strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification preferred for the role.
  • Strong marketing and strategic sales management experience, with a deep understanding of the speciality masterbatch, polymer additives, and engineering plastic raw materials industries.
  • Previous experience in a GM or senior sales management role within the speciality polymers / engineering plastic raw materials manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with high professionalism and conduct standards.
  • Strong financial management and business strategy skills, with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive, motivated leader with a genuine passion for the industry and a focus on driving results.

Compensation Package:

The salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained. Based on industry standards, we estimate an annual salary of $120,000-$180,000, plus additional benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
