Key Accounts Manager

We are looking for a skilled Key Accounts Manager - Personal/ Homecare Chemical Raw Materials to join our team at Prostaff Holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of key accounts within the manufacturing industry supplying them with specialty chemical raw materials.
Key Responsibilities- Managing, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of personal care and home care key accounts within the manufacturing industry supplying them with specialty chemical raw materials.
- Providing forecasts and budgets for each customer portfolio.
- Achieving budget year on year and growing customer base year on year in terms of volume, revenue, and margins.
- Handling price negotiations at a senior level.
- Developing new business working alongside the product and technical managers within the company.
- Providing new product launches and technical presentations at customers.
- Forecasting stock/product requirements for customers on a monthly basis.
- Assisting the sales team with technical briefs and new product development.
- Ensuring that customers' requirements are met with regards to pricing and stock availability.
A minimum of a matric is essential for this role, with a Diploma/Degree in chemistry or COSCHEM Diploma or related being preferred. Previous experience in managing key accounts within the personal care and/or homecare or food or related manufacturing industry is essential. Previous experience working on SAP is also preferred.
