Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Dynexity. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead and manage key client relationships in the FMCG industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing high-value client relationships. They will be able to think strategically, build strong partnerships, and drive results-oriented initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement targeted solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-value client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented initiatives.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of R550,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical aid, life insurance, and a bonus structure.
