Strategic Business Development Professional

About the Role:
The HR Genie is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with wealth advisors, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue and AUA growth through advisor business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers on Product Provider level, wealth advisors, and distribution partners to ensure operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Pipeline Development: Source and build a pipeline of advisors and books to buy, ensuring a steady supply of new business opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales, operations, and profitability, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Marketing and Communication: Facilitate the development of marketing and communication materials, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
