Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales:

Drive profit growth through innovative ideas, new business, and client spend enhancement.

Understand customers' businesses and strategies to create partnering concepts.

Formulate and execute public segment plans to generate resources and revenue.

2. Sourcing New Business:

Identify leads, new markets, and business opportunities through Facilities Management industry research.

Provide timely forecasts and maintain relevant information on prospect clients.

Develop accurate cost calculations and provide prospect clients with market-related quotations.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain sound business relations with current and potential clients.

Ensure effective communication between clients and the company.

Touch base and visit prospect clients for new business.

4. Operations Management:

Engage with internal clients to ensure accurate business transactions within pricing guidelines.

5. Reporting:

Provide monthly reports on pipeline business.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Development, Project Management, or Supply Chain.

Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Solid knowledge of Business Development, market trends, and best practices in the Marketing/Sales environment.

Solid commercial awareness and Change Management process.

Solid knowledge of Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management, and Financial Management processes.

Excellent Project Management, Time Management, Negotiation, Interpersonal, Administration, and Communication skills.

Salary: R500,000 - R550,000 basic plus commission.
