Job Description
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Support and mentor sales representatives with day-to-day activities.
- Evaluate store and individual performances.
- Manage key accounts.
- Determine long and short-term sales goals.
- Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs.
- Report on regional sales results.

- Select and train new salespeople.
