About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability in your assigned territory.

Your primary focus will be on achieving regional sales and profitability goals, while maintaining a strong customer satisfaction record. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide quality leadership to internal and external customers, upholding the company's values of constructive problem-solving, creative improvement, and inspiring others.
  2. Achieve regional revenue and profitability quotas for company products sold into all customer segments within the region.
  3. Establish an environment and foundation for future sales growth, identifying trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
  4. Sell value and solutions to customers, prioritizing effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
  5. DIRECTING THE SELLING ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE REGION, INCLUSIVE OF RESOURCE DEPLOYMENT AND CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS.

To succeed in this role, you will require a proven track record of achievement in prior sales positions, strong closing skills, and excellent oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills. A working knowledge of forklifts and selling pre-owned forklifts is essential, as is computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
