Our client, a leading player in the chemical industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Johannesburg.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in our chemical products within the designated region. The Regional Sales Manager will manage and expand the customer base, build strong relationships with key clients, and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the region
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Product Support: Provide technical product support and training to customers as needed
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Product Development: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to develop and launch new products
  • Industry Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products
