Sales Business Development

The Client Relationship Consultant plays a critical role in driving client satisfaction and loyalty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve these goals.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing compliance solutions to clients
- Managing key accounts and developing client relationship strategies for sales and retention
- Conducting market and industry research to stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Networking and marketing through professional and social media platforms to build pipelines and generate leads
- Preparing budgets, business proposals, and client presentations to secure new business
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a professional sales environment offering solutions, business to business
- Experience in marketing and selling professional consulting products & services
- Development of client relationship strategies for sales and retention
- Development of client satisfaction strategies and measurement tools
- Working on client relationship management (CRM) software/systems
- Networking and building pipelines in accordance with sales velocity formulas
- Client resolutions and acting as the first line of contact for client inquiries, needs, or concerns
- Key account strategies and management
We offer a competitive salary range of R 20,000 - R30,600 per month, dependent on experience, as well as benefits including a cell phone, 3G laptop, and excellent career growth opportunities.
