Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and management of a team of Direct Sales Representatives
  • Coaching and developing sales skills for optimal performance

A background in sales or sales management, particularly in microfinance, mobile money, FMCG, or financial services, would make you a strong fit for this role. Additionally, certification in business administration, marketing, or related fields with fluency in local languages and excellent sales and negotiation skills would be beneficial.
