Strategic Business Growth Manager

Bright City Talent is seeking a Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team. This role involves delivering new business growth through effective sales methodologies, identifying and closing new customers in line with our sale strategy and revenue targets.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident sales professional who understands how to achieve sales targets, motivated by results, and enjoys engaging with customers daily. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, achieving sales targets, and excellent communication, time management, and planning skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Employ consultative sales strategies and well-planned customer visits to execute on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Build solid client relationships with key decision makers and influencers resulting in revenue protection and growth
* Plan, document, and record sales data on the CRM to streamline pipeline management and optimize the pipeline to drive more sales
* Share knowledge and skills with team members to achieve common goals
Requirements
* Degree or similar tertiary education
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, achieving sales targets
* Experience working in a B2B sales environment, employing consultative or solution selling
* Excellent communication, time management, and planning skills
Benefits and Salary
