Job Summary

The Strategic Business Growth Manager reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for driving new business opportunities.

This role involves utilizing effective sales methodologies to identify, qualify, and close new customers in line with the sales strategy and revenue growth targets.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to drive revenue protection and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess consultative sales strategies and excellent communication skills to execute on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

A competitive estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, achieving sales targets, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales environments.

Requirements include:

  • Degree or similar tertiary education
  • Experience working in a high volume environment, employing consultative or solution selling
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
