We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Professional to join our team at Elite Search. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through new business development initiatives.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong track record of success in new business development, with a proven ability to achieve set targets and goals. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the ICT industry and be able to leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years + experience in new business development within the ICT industry, with a successful track record that can be backed up. They will also have good technical understanding and experience in sales admin, RFIs, pipeline management, reporting, proposals, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective new business development strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ICT industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including RFIs, pipeline management, and reporting
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 5 years + experience in new business development within the ICT industry
  • A successful track record that can be backed up
  • Good technical understanding
  • ICT/ISP/IT Security or Cloud "solution selling" is a MUST
  • Voice, VoIP and Contact Centre sales experience would be a big plus
  • Solid experience in sales admin, RFIs, pipeline management, reporting, proposals, etc
  • Own car and license
