Strategic Growth Manager

Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking a seasoned Strategic Growth Manager to spearhead the expansion of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and customers to enhance the company's visibility and access to opportunities.
Critical to this role is identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures. This involves staying abreast with market developments, expanding the company's market presence and revenue stream, and monitoring and analyzing the performance of commercial projects and initiatives against established KPIs and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field. With 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably from a background in Chemical, Minerals, or Agricultural industries, they will possess a proven track record of success in commercial management, corporate development, or business development roles. Strong negotiating skills are essential.
