About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team and drive sales growth. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Account Executives and Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Document Management: Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Proposal Development: Design and renew sales proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Data Integrity: Update internal databases with accurate account information.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the Account Management team.
  • Campaign Research: Conduct research on prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and CRM software experience.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing/advertising campaigns.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
