Sales and Administrative Specialist

A leading pharmaceutical and medical company, Ashton Personnel, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to provide administrative support to their Head of Commercial Hospital Sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Head of Commercial Sales, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
- Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, and other documents as required, utilizing strong organizational and communication skills.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to critical information.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place and exceeding expectations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the executive team, department heads, and employees, fostering strong relationships and facilitating smooth communication.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners, representing the organization with professionalism and poise.
- Provide support to the sales team as required, including preparing expense reports and maintaining personnel records, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to assist.
- 5+ years of experience as PA or Office Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality, with a proven track record of handling sensitive information.
- Experience with finance and HR functions will be an advantage, showcasing a broad range of skills and expertise.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to collaborate.
