Multilingual Customer Support Specialist for Prestigious Airline Brand

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a prestigious airline brand, handling various work streams and interacting with international passengers.
Job DescriptionAs a Multilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in Italian and English languages. You will work on airline reservations systems, handle voice calls in English and Italian, and engage in daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers in Italian and English languages
- Handle voice calls, emails, and chats related to flight bookings, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries
- Work collaboratively with the customer relations department to resolve passenger complaints and issues
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Native level fluency in Italian language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost (no wireless connections accepted)
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted)
We provide fully paid product and systems training, as well as a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure your success in this role. You will receive 4 weeks of fully paid training and a competitive salary, including benefits such as health insurance and retirement plan.
Location and Working HoursThis role is based in Mpumalanga, South Africa, and requires flexibility to work rotational shifts, Mondays through Sundays, including public holidays. Working hours will be sent 2 weeks in advance.
