Airline Brand Representative

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Italian language expert to join our client's team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have native-level fluency in Italian, both verbally and written, and be located in South Africa. This role requires flexibility to work shifts, including rotational days and nights, Mondays through Sundays, including public holidays.
Key responsibilities include handling passenger inquiries, providing assistance with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries, and working on airline reservations systems. Candidates should be proficient in English and Italian languages, with excellent communication skills. Daily interactions with international passengers, meeting key performance indicators, and maintaining high client service levels are essential aspects of this role.
What You'll Need- Native level fluency in Italian language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established airline brand, utilizing your language skills to provide exceptional customer service. Our client offers fully paid product and systems training, ensuring you have the necessary tools to excel in this role. A four-week training period will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in this demanding and time-sensitive call center environment.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around R250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
