International Customer Service and Multilingual Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Multilingual Representative to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. This exciting opportunity will see you working for a prestigious airline brand, handling customer inquiries in French and English languages.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries. You will work on various work streams, including airline reservations systems and handling voice calls in both languages.
This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills in customer relations, communication, and problem-solving. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels.
The ideal candidate will have a native level fluency in the French language, both verbally and written, as well as strong communication skills. They will also be located in South Africa, hold a permanent residence permit or South African ID, and be flexible to work shifts.
