Our client is a renowned, award-winning contact centre that specialises in delivering exceptional inbound multichannel customer support across various verticals from their state-of-the-art centres in Fiji, South Africa, and Peru. They also have a strong presence in Namibia through their work-from-home colleagues.
Job OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Multilingual Aviation Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams, handling diverse tasks such as passenger queries, reservations systems, and voice calls in English and German.
About the RoleAs a Multilingual Aviation Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to international passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in both German and English languages. Your daily interactions will involve assisting passengers with flight-related issues, working on airline reservation systems, and handling written correspondence in English and German.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess native-level fluency in German language (verbal and written), be located in South Africa, and hold a permanent residence permit or a valid South African ID. You should also be flexible with your working hours and have a fibre internet connection or a fixed stable ADSL line at your own cost.
Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators- Work on various work streams for a prestigious airline brand
- Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in German & English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems & handling voice calls in English & German may include some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
The estimated salary for this role is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive fully paid product and systems training provided, which includes 4 weeks of comprehensive training. Additionally, you will be required to undergo a 4-month probation period.
