International Airline Customer Support Representative

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious international brand, handling inquiries and providing exceptional support to passengers across various touchpoints.
About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and fluent German speakers to join our client's team as customer service representatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to clients while working closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling passenger queries and concerns in German and English languages
- Providing assistance with flight-related matters, including check-in, baggage, and travel documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company standards and procedures
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in German language (verbal and written)
- Located in South Africa (permanent residence permit or South African ID holder)
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS solution required during load shedding (inverter available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted)
