Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Greek Language Support Specialist to join our client's team in South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to passengers across various work streams, handling queries in Greek and English languages, and working on airline reservations systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations department in Greek & English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems & handle voice calls in English & Greek may include some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
- Function effectively in a demanding and time-sensitive call center environment
Requirements
- Native level fluency in Greek language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
Training & Benefits
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
- A competitive salary of R 300,000 per annum
Location
Mpumalanga, South Africa
Working Hours
40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day - Rotational shifts Mondays – Sundays includes public holidays as operationally required.
