Senior German Language Customer Support Representative for Airline

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced German language customer support representative to join their team. This exciting opportunity will see you working with a prestigious airline brand, assisting passengers with pre & post-flight travel-related queries in German & English languages.
About the RoleThis role offers a unique blend of customer service and sales expertise, with opportunities to work on various projects and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers via phone, email, and chat, resolving queries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Handle airline reservations systems, voice calls, and written correspondence in English and German.
- Daily interactions with international passengers, responding to queries, and providing solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and expected client service levels.
- Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written
- Licensed to work in South Africa
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliable fixed-line internet connection at your own cost (no wireless connections accepted).
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (inverters available for purchase or own solution accepted).

- Fully paid product and systems training.
- 4 weeks of fully paid training.
- Probation period of 4 months.
The successful candidate will be based in Mpumalanga, South Africa, and will work from home as a remote employee. A fixed-line internet connection is required at your own cost.
