">We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Mpumalanga, South Africa. As an international contact centre, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional client experiences through our staff's relationships with clients.
Job Overview
">The successful candidate will work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams, assisting passengers with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries in Dutch and English languages. This is a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment where you will be required to meet specific key performance indicators and maintain expected client service levels.
Responsibilities
">- Provide assistance to passengers with inquiries and compliments in Dutch and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Dutch, including some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and maintain expected client service levels
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Native level fluency in Dutch language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost (no wireless connections accepted)
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted)

- Training: 4 weeks (fully paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
Salary Information
">The estimated salary for this position is R180,000 - R220,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and location.
