Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Flink Recruitment.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Assist walk-in customers by providing information, processing orders, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Trade Show Coordination: Represent the company at trade shows, engaging with potential clients and promoting our offerings through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proposals and Quotes: Prepare accurate proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- E-Commerce Management: Manage and process orders on platforms such as Takealot, ensuring timely fulfillment and excellent service delivery.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Assist the sales team with follow-ups and reporting, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability and order dispatch, ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain management.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales data, including tracking leads, orders, and customer feedback, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients, building trust and credibility.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in wholesale, retail, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software, with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Takealot or other similar platforms, would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- A competitive salary package of R15 000 - R18 000 per month.
