Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the automobile industry. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, we would love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesSwitchboard Operator Duties:
- Efficiently manage all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.
- Provide information regarding our services, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and parts availability.
- Assist clients in scheduling service appointments and appointment confirmations.
- Handle emergency calls with professionalism and prioritization.
- Maintain and troubleshoot switchboard equipment.
Customer Care Duties:
- Welcome customers in-person and over the phone, creating a positive first impression.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Follow-up on customer concerns to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Offer detailed information on products, services, warranties, and promotions.
- Gather and document customer feedback to improve our services.
- Collaborate with technicians and staff to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communications is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using communication systems and office software.
Our estimated salary for this position is R 30,000 - R 50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
