About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our SymphonyAI Financial Services team as a Client Partnership Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional value and service, while developing and executing strategic account plans that drive growth and maximize client satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage 1-2 large strategic accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth, maximize client satisfaction, and ensure successful adoption of SymphonyAI Financial Services solutions.
- Monitor account performance, identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and introduce additional products or services.
- Address and resolve any client issues or challenges, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
About Your Background
- You have extensive experience managing large accounts, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors.
- You possess strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- You are an excellent strategic thinker, with the ability to align solutions with client business goals.
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
- You are a proactive and client-centric individual, dedicated to understanding and addressing client needs.
