Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Managing existing partnerships to ensure they are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the company's objectives.
  2. Developing new partnerships by identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and expanding the company's reach and capabilities.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to develop partnership strategies and ensure successful integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  4. Driving partner engagement through onboarding, training, and co-marketing campaigns to maximize mutual benefits.
  5. Monitoring performance to ensure alignment with business goals and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage contracts and agreements.
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
