Call Centre Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our team in the Automotive Industry. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and building a high-performance call centre with a clear vision to provide world-class customer service.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of management experience in a call centre environment and a degree or diploma in Business Management. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. Key skills include problem-solving, analytical thinking, planning, organizing, and excellent communication skills.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to improve customer service skills.
- Analyse customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.
