The Special Fitment Centre at Yellosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitment Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of the centre. This is a senior management role that requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills.

About the Role:

  • To manage the Special Fitment Centre ensuring Quality Control pre-delivery reports and audits and maintaining the highest quality build standards.
  • Leads a team of professionals in the automotive industry with experience in fitment services.
  • Strong background in ECU knowledge, Automotive Technical and Product knowledge, as well as experience in logistics and parts management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a production plant environment and handle workshop/panel beating/mechanical tasks efficiently.
  • Must have an Automotive Machinist Trade Test and previous experience in wheel alignment and balancing.
  • Bilingual English/Afrikaans speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage warehouse and systems, including MS Office software proficiency.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Special Fitment Centre, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard while maintaining a safe working environment.
