We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Reception Support Officer to join our team at Helderberg Personnel cc.

As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for managing boardroom bookings, meeting and receiving guests, ordering office supplies, and supervising cleaning staff.

Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including directing calls, updating the delivery tracking sheet, and keeping the reception area clean and tidy.

You will also be responsible for managing staff inquiries, filing sales orders, and scanning delivery notes.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and support.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with the option to own transport, which is beneficial.

Matric certification is required, and a friendly and customer-focused approach is essential for this role.
