We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team as a Meeting Coordinator at Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd.
Job Description:
- Coordinate internal meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, and equipment setup.
- Manage switchboard duties, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with printing, binding, stationery ordering, and other office-related tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achieve set objectives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in a related field from a SAQA-approved institution.
- Strong administrative experience with a proven track record of excellent organizational skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: R180 000 - R220 000 per annum (dependent on experience).
