We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Helderberg Personnel cc. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is able to multitask, work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly
  • Manage boardroom bookings and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made
  • Meet and receive guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Order office supplies and stationary as needed
  • Supervise cleaning staff to ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy
  • Update the delivery tracking sheet regularly
  • Keep the reception area organized and clutter-free
  • Manage foreign shipping and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed
  • Respond to staff inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Filing sales orders and scanning delivery notes
  • Update maintenance records to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained
  • Receive courier deliveries and sign for packages on behalf of the company
Requirements
  • A Matric qualification or equivalent
  • Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Fluency in both Afrikaans and English
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours

This role requires a full-time commitment with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is R30,000 - R40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
