Reception and Administrative Support Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception and Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Helderberg Personnel cc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing boardroom bookings and ensuring seamless coordination
- Meeting and receiving guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Ordering office supplies and stationery, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace
- Supervising cleaning staff, ensuring a clean and tidy environment
- Updating the delivery tracking sheet, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized, maintaining a professional appearance
- Updating and tracking foreign shipping, ensuring smooth logistics
- Managing staff inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses
- Filing sales orders and scanning delivery notes, maintaining accurate records
- Updating maintenance records, ensuring a well-maintained workspace
- Receiving courier deliveries, ensuring timely and secure receipt
- Safe keeping of keys, maintaining a secure environment
Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Strong communication and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Friendly and positive attitude, with excellent customer service skills
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Punctual, with a strong commitment to attendance and reliability
- Own transport, with a valid driver's license (beneficial)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
