We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrative professional to provide exceptional support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Reception Duties: Greet clients, offer refreshments, and manage reception area.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to relevant personnel.
  • Errands and Shopping: Run errands, purchase office supplies, and complete other tasks as required.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare documents, bind materials, and maintain accurate records.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is in good working order and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Book meeting rooms, arrange catering, and ensure all necessary materials are available.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries, book flights, and make hotel reservations.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have strong administrative experience and possess excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is also preferred.
