A Sales Support role plays a crucial part in assisting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes within a company. The primary focus of a Sales Support professional is to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, enabling them to focus on building and maintaining client relationships and driving sales revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Accurately process sales orders, quotes, and request invoicing in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- **Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Generate and analyse sales queries and data to provide insights for the sales team and management, contributing to the development of sales strategies and forecasts.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring that all customer information and interactions are

accurately recorded and accessible to the sales team.
- **Sales Team Coordination**: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and to facilitate a seamless sales process.
- **Lead Generation**: Support lead generation activities by identifying potential customers through research and data analysing and cold calling clients existing clients to keep up with their needs.

**Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining sales records, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements for the sales team.
