Labour Relations Support Manager

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Enhance the Labour Relations function in the PEP Sales team by providing a professional Labour Relations service and be a trusted advisor in order to ensure fair and consistent Labour Relations practices (South Africa and BLNE). This position will report to the National Sales People Support Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Industrial Relations
- Union relations
- Administration
- Training, coaching and development in the field of Labour relations
- Policy research and formulation
- Ensuring compliance with the Department of Labour
- Communicates and consistently implements updates of legislation
- Maintain Sikhula Kunye Culture
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Industrial Relations / Human Resources related Degree
- Labour law related qualification will be an advantage
- 5+ years experience in a managerial/leadership / advisory role for management teams
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of CCMA Rules
- Experience in a retail environment
- Experience with policy formulation will be an advantage
- Computer Literate. (Microsoft and Google GSuite).
- Valid Code 8 manual driver’s licence with a willingness to travel.
- Retail and Management knowledge and skills
