Office Administrator

Our clientis a dynamic, growing company that farms South African abalone for the Asian market. The company currently has two farms and a processing facility in the Overberg Region. They have a position available for an **Office Administrator to be based in, or around, Hermanus.**
**Key performance Areas**
- Office and basic financial administration and professional report writing
- Telephone & Reception management
- Managing of stationary supplies
- Office security
- Coordinating functions, travel arrangements and meetings
- General office duties.
**Minimum Requirements & Competencies**
- Grade 12 and relevant studies (e.g. Office Management or Secretarial studies)
- 2 years working as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Good written and oral communication skills with fluency in at least English and ability to write professional reports and minute-taking
- Computer literacy (intermediate to advanced) in all modules of MS Office and Google Suite software packages
- Hands-on experience with all relevant office equipment
- Familiarity with office management and basic accounting procedures
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills with an ability to prioritize
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Valid Driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Ability and willingness to work outside of normal working hours if required
- Customer service attitude and professional appearance
