Office Administrator

We are seeking an Office Administrator for our client site in Cape Town.
Requirements
- Grade 12
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field required.
A minimum of three years experience in a similar role
The role provides administrative support to the Head as follows:
- Schedule and manage meetings and other appointments.
- Undertake travel arrangements.
- Attend to other executive requests.
- Always observe and maintain confidentiality.
- Undertake all administrative functions for ADEC Innovations South Africa.
- Organize and coordinate travels and complete and reconcile expense reports.
- Assist with management of Cape Town office operations including the preparation of monthly management meetings.
- Act as budget coordinator for the Cape Town Office
- Record-keep expenses and budget of the Cape Town office.
- Coordinate with Accounting and Finance on monthly expense records, budget requests, and requisitions.
- Onboarding requirements (IT, admin) of new personnel in Cape Town.
- Management of Cape Town office facilities and functioning.
