**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- National senior certificate. **A certificate in office management and/or administrative qualification or similar is advantageous.**

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative.

Skills Required:

- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft
- Office Suite, social media savvy, internet skills.
- Professional presentation and good telephone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively,
- with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic financial management skills (e.g., petty cash handling, receipting).
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to the team.
- Attention to detail is essential.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

- Familiarity with Bookem would be preferred.
- Knowledge of medical aid coding.

Other Requirements:

- Drivers license is essential.

**Salary**: The salary for this position is negotiable and will be determined based on qualifications and years of experience in the required fields.

Pay: R8 000,00 - R11 000,00 per month
